Questions

Why can't I just book it myself?
You can try! But reservations sell out in seconds at 6 PM JST. Our system reacts faster than any human can click.
What if you can't get a slot?
Full refund, no questions asked. We try the moment slots open AND monitor cancellations daily.
Why flat fee instead of per person?
A family of 4 shouldn't pay 4x more. One booking, one price. That's fairer.
What are the zone letters (A/B/C)?
The cafe has 3 seating areas. A and B are table seats for 2-6 guests. C is counter and table seats for 1-6 guests. Different zones have different available times.
How early should I submit?
At least 32 days before your visit. The cafe opens slots exactly 31 days in advance at 6 PM JST.
Is this the official Pokemon Cafe?
No. We are an independent reservation service. The cafe itself is free - you're paying for our automation that secures your table.
Can I cancel after booking?
You can cancel before we confirm your reservation. A small processing fee applies. Once confirmed, cancellations are not possible through CafeSnap.
