1. Service description

CafeSnap is an independent reservation assistance service. We use automated systems to attempt to secure Pokemon Cafe reservations on your behalf by monitoring availability when booking windows open and scanning for cancellation slots throughout each day. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, or Pokemon Cafe in any way. The reservation at the cafe itself is free - you are paying for our automation service only.

2. Pricing

We charge a flat fee per booking request, regardless of party size (up to 6 guests per reservation). The price is displayed at checkout in your selected currency. This is a one-time fee - there are no hidden charges or per-person fees.

3. Refund policy - booking not secured

If we are unable to secure a reservation for your selected date, you will receive a full automatic refund. No partial charges apply - you either get a confirmed reservation or your money back in full. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

4. Cancellation by customer

You may cancel your booking request at any time before a reservation has been confirmed by visiting the "Check booking" page on our website. A processing fee of 1.50 (in your payment currency) will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing costs. The remaining amount will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

Once a reservation has been confirmed at the cafe, cancellations and refunds are not possible through CafeSnap. You are responsible for attending the reservation on the agreed date and time.

5. No guarantee of specific seats or times

While we do our best to book one of your preferred time slots, we cannot guarantee a specific time or seating zone. Reservations are subject to real-time availability at the cafe. We will book the best available match from your selected preferences.

6. Data handling

We collect your name and email address solely for the purpose of completing your reservation and sending you booking-related emails (confirmation, status updates, refund notifications). We do not share, sell, or use your information for marketing. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and we do not store your card details.

7. Limitation of liability

CafeSnap acts as a booking assistant only. We are not responsible for any changes, cancellations, closures, or issues at the Pokemon Cafe itself, including but not limited to menu changes, renovation closures, or cafe policies. Our liability is limited to the fee you paid for our service.
