CafeSnap is an independent, automated reservation assistance service. We are a bot, not a human concierge. Our software monitors the Pokemon Cafe website and attempts to secure a reservation on your behalf when booking windows open or when a cancellation slot appears. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, or Pokemon Cafe in any way.
The reservation at the cafe itself is free. You are paying for our automation service only. The booking is made in your own name and is yours to attend.
We charge a flat fee per booking request, regardless of party size (up to 6 guests per reservation at both cafes). The price is shown at checkout in your selected currency. This is a one-time fee. There are no hidden charges and no per-person fees.
If we have not secured a reservation for you by the day after the last of your preferred dates passes, we automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to ask for it. (If you only picked one date, the refund happens the day after that date passes. We keep scanning for cancellation slots right up to that point.)
Refunds reach your bank within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer. You receive an email confirmation the moment the refund is sent.
You can cancel any time on the Check bookingpage. A processing fee of 10% (minimum £1.50) is deducted from your refund to cover payment-processing costs. The rest is returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
If your reservation has already been confirmed at the cafe, you can still cancel through us. The same 10% fee applies. We will automatically attempt to cancel your seat on the Pokemon Cafe website so you do not need to do anything further. Once the cafe slot has been released, please do not attend, since your seat will have passed to the next customer in the cafe's queue.
Cancellation deadline: cancellations must be submitted by 10pm JST the night before your reservation date. After that, the cafe no longer accepts cancellations through their system, and the seat is held in your name.
By paying, you expressly request that we begin providing the service immediately, and you acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off right under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The service is performed immediately upon payment: our bot starts attempting to book within seconds. The cancellation terms in section 4 apply instead.
We do our best to book one of your preferred time slots, but we cannot guarantee a specific time, seat, or seating zone. Reservations are subject to real-time availability at the cafe. We will book the best available match from your selected preferences.
We collect only your name and email address, and we use them solely to complete your reservation and send booking-related emails (confirmation, status updates, refund notifications). Your name and email are submitted to the Pokemon Cafe booking form as part of placing the reservation. We do not share, sell, or use your information for marketing. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and we do not store your card details.
CafeSnap acts as a booking assistant only. We are not responsible for any changes, cancellations, closures, or issues at the Pokemon Cafe itself, including but not limited to menu changes, renovation closures, late-arrival cancellations, or cafe policies. Our liability is limited to the fee you paid for our service.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data. By using our site, you consent to Google Analytics cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising or for tracking you across other websites.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer based in another country, you may still benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence that cannot be set aside by contract.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
