What do the statuses mean?
Payment pending = complete your payment to start scanning
Searching = we're actively looking for your slot
Waiting / Checking = your date has not opened at the cafe yet (or is full); our bot fires the instant it opens and keeps checking. You are emailed the moment we secure it, or refunded in full if we cannot.
Confirmed = you're in! Check your email for details
Could not book = we tried but couldn't get a slot
Refunded = booking cancelled, money returned
Reservations are non-refundable once confirmed. Full refund if we can't secure your booking.
