An honest Pokemon Cafe booking bot for the Osaka and Tokyo cafe. We've confirmed 11 Pokemon Cafe reservations to date. Here's how we do it.
Updated 25 May 2026
If you have searched for a Pokemon Cafe bot, you probably already know the problem. Seats at the Osaka and Tokyo Pokemon Cafe release at 18:00 Japan time, 31 days ahead, and on busy days the whole batch sells out in under 30 seconds. Most people who try to book by hand from outside Japan never see the form load in time.
CafeSnap is a Pokemon Cafe bot built to solve exactly that. You give us your dates, your party size, and your name. We submit your booking on your behalf when the cafe opens reservations at 18:00 JST, and keep watching for cancellation seats until the day before your visit. If we cannot land any of your preferred dates, Stripe refunds you automatically. No emails to chase, no per-person charges, no surprises at checkout.
There are two booking paths we run for every customer, and they cover the two ways a seat ever becomes available at the cafe.
At exactly 18:00 Japan time, the cafe opens the booking date that is 31 days away. We compete in the same release window as the manual clickers, on your behalf, faster than a person can click the form.
Customers can cancel a Pokemon Cafe reservation up to 22:00 JST the night before their visit. The freed seat goes back into the public booking site instantly and is usually gone within seconds. We watch for cancellations on your preferred dates around the clock, every day until your visit, and book the moment a seat opens up.
If we have not secured any seat by the day after your last preferred date, Stripe refunds your card automatically. You do not have to ask, email us, or fill out a form. It hits your bank in 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Pokemon Cafe bots are not all the same. The differences that matter to a traveller booking from abroad are pricing model, refund policy, payment processor, and whether the service has a verifiable success record. Here is an honest comparison of the two pricing models you will see in this space.
| What you pay attention to | CafeSnap (flat fee) | Per-person services |
|---|---|---|
| Price for 1 guest | £8 flat | Roughly £4–9 per pax |
| Price for 4 guests | £8 flat (same) | Roughly £17–34 total |
| Price visible before checkout | Yes, on the homepage | Often only revealed after you pick party size + date |
| Refund if we cannot book | Automatic, no email needed | Varies, some require you to request it |
| Payment | Stripe Checkout, full chargeback rights | Stripe, wire, or crypto (chargeback rights vary) |
| Languages | English, Spanish | Varies |
| Contact | Telegram and email, named domain | Varies, some are Telegram-only |
For a solo traveller the price difference is small. For a family of four, a flat fee is roughly half what a per-person service charges for the same outcome. Prices above show in your own currency based on your browser location; the amount you pay at Stripe checkout is the same number.
Two tiers, no per-person pricing on either, and the price is shown in your own local currency at checkout so there is no surprise bank conversion.
Prices auto-update if our env-var rate changes. Stripe handles the local-currency conversion at checkout, so a USD or EUR card sees the same amount in their own currency.
Tell us your dates and party size, pay the flat fee, then let the bot do the booking. If we cannot get any of your dates, Stripe refunds you automatically.
Start your reservationYes. The booking is made in your name with your real email, exactly the way a hotel concierge or travel agent makes a restaurant booking on behalf of a guest. You walk into the cafe with the reservation reference and your party name; the cafe staff look it up and seat you.
We compete fairly against everyone else in the queue. We do not violate the cafe's terms of use, we do not resell seats, and we make one booking per paying customer, exactly as a human would. The cafe sees a normal reservation in your name and your email; you walk in and are seated like any other guest.
You absolutely can. We even wrote a step-by-step guide to booking the Pokemon Cafe yourself, including the time-zone conversions, the eight-step form, and the verification-code trap. If you are awake at 18:00 JST and have a fast desktop browser and steady nerves, you can win it for free. Most travellers reading this are not in Japan at 18:00 JST and the form runs through them.
Stripe refunds your card automatically the day after your last preferred date passes without us booking it. You will see the refund in your bank in 5 to 10 business days. No email to chase, no support ticket.
Every booking is paid via Stripe (you keep full chargeback rights) and submitted to the cafe in your own name and email. The cafe sends you a confirmation email directly. You can look up your booking any time on our check booking page. If the cafe email never arrives, you can chargeback through Stripe — we cannot stop you.
£8 flat for the whole party (1 to 6 guests), shown in your own currency at checkout. Full automatic refund if we cannot land any of your preferred dates.
